Who we are

Vinted Finder is a Really Nice product. Vinted Finder is an independent app that helps you search for second-hand listings on Vinted. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Vinted. You browse and buy on Vinted itself. That independence matters: nothing on this site or in the app is an official Vinted feature, page, or promise.

What Vinted Finder is for

Vinted Finder helps you turn screenshots, links, preferences, sizes, budgets, and search ideas into second-hand search intent and Vinted listing suggestions. The iOS app may send a screenshot, URL, or search request to our backend so we can interpret the item and return possible listings.

The results are suggestions, not guarantees. A match may be approximate, unavailable, wrongly described by a seller, priced differently, or gone by the time you open it.

Vinted listings and purchases

Nothing is bought or sold on this site or in the app. When you open a listing, browse, message, buy, pay, request a refund, raise a dispute, or arrange shipping, you do that on Vinted under Vinted’s terms and conditions. Payments, refunds, disputes, delivery, item condition, seller behavior, and account actions are between you, the seller, and Vinted.

Always check the listing itself before buying: photos, description, size, condition, seller history, shipping, fees, and price. Vinted Finder does not inspect items, verify sellers, reserve listings, negotiate purchases, or complete checkout for you.

App Store terms

If you download Vinted Finder from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, unless Apple or we provide a different license in the App Store. These terms add product-specific rules for Vinted Finder, the website, support, subscriptions, and third-party services.

Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Vinted Finder. Send product support questions to hello@vintedfinder.com. Apple remains responsible for App Store billing and any refund rights Apple provides under its own terms.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Vinted Finder may offer paid features through Apple in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices, billing period, trial details, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before you buy. If you confirm a purchase, Apple charges the Apple Account you use for the App Store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until you cancel them. You can manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. If you use a free or discounted trial and do not want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The app includes a restore-purchases flow for reconnecting an active entitlement.

Unless required by law or Apple’s policies, paid charges are handled by Apple and may be non-refundable once confirmed. If the App Store purchase screen conflicts with marketing copy, the App Store purchase screen controls the price, period, trial, and renewal details for that transaction.

Accounts, permissions, and alerts

The app may create an anonymous Firebase session so app features can call our backend safely without requiring an email account. If you allow photo access, the app can look for recent screenshots so you can choose one faster. Nothing uploads for search until you choose or share a screenshot, URL, or request. If you allow notifications, the app may use push notifications for alerts or app updates you asked for.

Acceptable use

Use Vinted Finder as a person looking for second-hand fashion. Please don’t scrape or bulk-harvest the site, flood the app or backend with automated traffic, misuse Vinted listings, bypass technical limits, interfere with security, misrepresent yourself as affiliated with us or Vinted, or use anything here for something unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content on this site and in the app, including the words, design, and product experience, belongs to us or our licensors. Vinted’s name and trade marks belong to Vinted; we use the name only to describe what our app works with, the way a phone-case maker names the phone. No endorsement is implied, because none exists.

Third-party services

Vinted Finder depends on third-party services for hosting, app distribution, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, notifications, backend infrastructure, visual search, and marketplace retrieval. Those services may change, fail, return limited data, or be unavailable in some places. You are also responsible for following the terms of services you choose to open from Vinted Finder, including Vinted and Apple.

No guarantees

Second-hand inventory changes by the minute. Availability, price, condition, shipping, and seller reliability all live outside our control. Vinted Finder is provided as-is and as available. We work to keep it useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect matches, accurate third-party data, or any particular search outcome.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of Vinted Finder or its suggestions, including a disappointing purchase, a listing that vanished, a changed price, a missed alert, a seller dispute, or a third-party service problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site, app, paid features, providers, or legal requirements change. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date on this page.
